How Does Ketosis Work?
Ketosis is where the body starts burning fat as fuel instead of sugar, as a result the body starts to burn even its own extra fat as fuel, resulting in weight loss without the negative side effects of weight loss like low energy or loose skin.

In the 1920s, doctors realized that keeping their patients on low-carb diets forced their bodies to use fat as the first-line source of fuel, instead of the usual glucose.
